Foku BBQ is the flagship cooking system in the Foku line: an advanced barbecue made of Etna lava stone and Corten steel, designed for dual-fuel cooking. The grill in the center operates over a direct flame. Surrounding it, the lava stone retains the heat and allows for indirect, natural, and convivial cooking. It's not a decorative brazier, but an outdoor cooking tool designed to experience Italian-style fire: stone, embers, simple ingredients, and people gathered around the barbecue.
